2. What information we request and why

The form asks for your full name, email address, service of interest and message. Your phone number is optional. We use these details to review your enquiry and respond. We also record acceptance of the privacy notice and terms, together with the notice version. Do not provide sensitive data, passwords or third-party information that is not needed for your enquiry.

3. Legal basis

We rely on your consent to respond to enquiries submitted through the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it by emailing the address above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. When you request a specific quotation or steps prior to a contract, the relevant processing may rely on Article 6(1)(b). For security and abuse prevention, we rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website. We do not use your details for newsletters without separate consent.

4. Providers and access

The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive messages and protect against spam. Authorised team members handling your enquiry and necessary hosting, form, security and email providers may process the relevant data. Technical logs may include your IP address and browser information.

Netlify may process data outside the EEA. The relevant terms and transfer mechanisms are described in the Netlify Data Processing Agreement. You can request information about the processing of your enquiry at our contact email address.

5. Retention

We keep data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any relevant legal obligations. Where a contract is formed, necessary contractual and tax records are subject to the corresponding retention requirements.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw your consent. Send your request to services@zaxisumbrella.org. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of form submissions.

7. Cookies and external links

This version of the website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or an embedded reCAPTCHA. Fonts are hosted with the website. If optional tracking technologies are added, appropriate information and a consent choice will be provided beforehand. Linked websites have their own policies, which apply when you visit them.
